2012 Crew Worker Application

To be hired, you must:

• be 14 years old by January 1, 2012 and have completed 8th grade by June 2012
• be able to attend the entire six and a half week Summer Program, which runs from July through August
• complete all pages and answer all questions on this application
• ask someone to fill out the CREW WORKER REFERENCE form for you

Instructions for Online Application

Once you've got all your information ready, it should take about 30 minutes to sign up online. Please see the SYP Application Instructions for a list of what you'll need to do ahead of time.

Crew Worker Reference

Give the CREW WORKER REFERENCE to an adult who knows you well, but is not in your family (ex: a teacher). Make sure they know it is due by March 9, 2012 – no exceptions. You'll be able to download the reference sheet as part of the online application process.

Interview

An interview is the last phase of the application process. Not all applicants will be granted an interview - your online application and reference form must be completed to be considered. We will ask you for your interview preferences at the end of the application.
